How do the bottles sit inside?
Flat, side by side across the base, which is how glass droppers travel best: nothing to topple when the case is picked up. Eight bottles and tubes lie down with room to spare, a palette goes flat on top, and full length brushes travel in the lid pocket.
Can it attach to my suitcase?
Yes. There is a strap across the back panel that slides over the extended telescopic handle of a wheeled suitcase, so the case rides on top rather than being carried. It sits flat against the suitcase and comes off just as easily when you want to carry it by the handles.
How long does delivery take?
Four to nine days to most addresses, and orders leave us within 24 hours. Delivery is free with no minimum spend, and your tracking link arrives with the dispatch email so you can follow it the whole way.
If it has not reached you within 15 days, tell us and we refund the order in full.
Can I take it on a plane as a personal item?
At 15 x 23 x 30 cm it sits comfortably inside the personal item allowance most airlines publish, and the twin handles make it easy to lift into the cabin. Allowances differ between carriers, so tell us who you are flying with and we will confirm it for you.
Is it waterproof?
The rigid shell wipes clean and shrugs off splashes on a bathroom counter or a poolside table. A zip is not a watertight seal, so decant anything that could leak into a pouch, exactly as you would in a suitcase.
Does it lock?
Yes. The zip pulls are drilled to take a travel padlock, so you can lock it for a flight or leave it closed in a hotel room. Any standard luggage lock fits, and the zip runs the full perimeter so the lid stays shut under pressure.
What is it made of?
A rigid ribbed ABS shell, four riveted caps around the lid, twin moulded top handles and a zip running the full perimeter. The construction is luggage craftsmanship at vanity case scale.
How do I clean it?
A damp cloth on the shell brings the finish straight back. Keep abrasives away from the ribbing, and interior spills lift out with a cloth and mild soap.
Do the colours look like the photographs?
Yes. The photographs on this page are studio frames with no retouching of the finish, so what you see is the colour that arrives. Screens vary a little, as they do everywhere.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send a photograph to support@rosvalle.com and choose a replacement or a refund. There is no need to post the damaged case back to us.
Is there a warranty?
If a case ever fails through a manufacturing fault, email us and we will replace it. Thirty day returns apply on top of that, and neither affects your statutory rights on faulty goods.
