Terms of service
These terms cover your use of this store and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are
This store is operated by [shop name to be confirmed], an independent seller trading from the United States. We sell to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom. Email support@rosvalle.com to reach us.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we send the dispatch email. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a colour has sold out, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices include any tax due and are shown in full before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider, and we never see or store your card details. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatching, and you are free to cancel.
The product
The case is a rigid ribbed ABS shell with four riveted caps around the lid, twin moulded top handles and a zip running the full perimeter. Photographs are studio frames with no retouching of the finish, though screens vary in how they show colour.
Cancelling and returning
Thirty days to change your mind, set out in full in our refund policy. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, that period sits on top of your statutory fourteen day right to cancel.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Acceptable use
The photographs, text and design on this store are ours. Please do not copy them for commercial use. Do not attempt to interfere with the running of the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Governing law and your rights
We sell from the United States. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, your purchase is protected by UK consumer law, nothing in these terms reduces those rights, and you keep the right to bring a claim in the UK courts. If you are a consumer in the United States, the consumer protections of your own state apply.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
